This watch, serial # 2456806
was purchased in Lynchburg, Va. in 1932.
The owner, a tobacco farmer turned butcher, paid several months
salary for the privilege to carry this fine timepiece. The coin
was later found in the daily change of his general store with
the ready made hole. A truly fitting " fob " for this vintage
timepiece.
